Thank you for supporting Prattle Proos! We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
1. Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging if possible.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
